Maureen Sticco: The thing that I have to say that has been the most fun is being involved in National Donut Day. We provide consumers with samples of donuts, we have lots of fun things that they can do.

Maureen Sticco: We are really focused in driving our donut sales in-store during the National Donut Day timeframe and it's really been such an incredible project to be involved in.

Maureen Sticco: One of the things that I am most proud of is how much we actually listen to what our consumers say. We are literally trolling Facebook every single hour of every day to make sure that we're capturing the essence of what it is our consumers are saying to us. We like to say that we have our finger on the pulse of the consumer because they're communicating with us on Facebook constantly.

Facebook shows a comment from a consumer that reads “Dear Entenmanns I support your business literally 4 times a week. Muffins for the kids. Chocolate Frosted gold and Louisiana crunch for me and donuts for the hubby.” Entenmann’s comments back: We’re so happy to hear your family loves our baked goods, Delilah!”
Maureen Sticco: My favorite Entenmann’s product is Entenmann's Little Bites chocolate chip muffins. I love them because they're portioned, portable, they're ready for on-the-go and they taste fantastic!
